Please participate in the DHSS COVID-19 Winter Survey

DHSS is conducting a survey to gather information from Alaskans about how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected them. Topics include primary concerns related to the pandemic, the impact on emotional health and use of substances and the use of health care and other services during the pandemic. For children, questions focus on their emotional and physical health, preventive healthcare visits, physical activity, screen time and childcare/school.

Results will inform DHSS and our partners in our response to the pandemic. Results from earlier surveys in the spring were used for local and statewide strategic planning efforts related to COVID, to inform education messages for families, and to identify areas where more resources are needed. To view past surveys from the Section of Women's, Children's and Family Health, Maternal Child Health Epidemiology, visit http://dhss.alaska.gov/dph/wcfh/Pages/mchepi/default.aspx

Please take this survey and help spread the word about this opportunity so Alaska residents can share with DHSS how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected them. There are two ways to participate:

  1. Text COVID to 907-269-0344 to receive a link to the survey directly to your phone

The survey will be open until December 4, 2020.
