Klawock AC Hires New Manager

LeAndra & Kris Isaak are originally from Montana. In 2020, they decided to head North to Alaska.  After completing their training with Alaska Commercial grocery store, where they eventually found themselves on Prince of Wales Island. In March of this year, LeAndra took on the role of manager and Kris as co-worker, working the Klawock Alaska Commercial grocery store and Hydaburg mini-ACC outlet.

The couple met and married over 20 years ago while working at a popular grocery outlet in Montana. They have continued their careers with ACC, and today, LeAndra & Kris call Hydaburg their home, while their three kids  finish school in Anchorage and Sitka.

LeAndra & Kris are eager to buy a permanent home in Klawock or the surrounding area. They have lived in small towns in Alaska, including one on the Yukon River, where they experienced the extreme weather conditions from freezing cold to the midnight sun, and have grown accustomed to rural living.   Now they are about to experience Rainforest living on Prince of Wales Island.

POW Island has so many different adventures to offer: hiking trails suitable for all levels of fitness, birding trails; bicycling on scenic highways; hunting; totem pole raisings; arts & crafts; beachcombing! POW Island has something for everyone!
